Frequently asked.

What makes AEVORA different?+

Most premium brands are built around one or two headline actives at trace concentrations. AEVORA builds each product around four to six clinically researched actives — each included at a meaningful concentration, not a trace amount for label marketing. The science is real. The concentrations are real.

Why AHK-Cu for hair and GHK-Cu for face?+

They are different copper peptide sequences. AHK-Cu has been studied specifically in scalp and hair care contexts; GHK-Cu is one of the most studied copper peptides in professional skincare. Different tissues call for different peptides — so we never mix them. Each formula targets its context.

What is PDRN and is it safe?+

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is derived from salmon DNA through a purification process that removes all proteins. It has been used in professional aesthetics for over two decades and topical application is well-tolerated. If you have a severe fish allergy, patch test before use and consult your physician.

Is tallow better than plant oils?+

For barrier emolliency, for most people — yes. Grass-fed tallow is rich in oleic and palmitic acids, fatty acids also found in skin's own lipid barrier, so it absorbs without the greasy residue of mismatched fatty-acid profiles. If you follow a vegan lifestyle, our serums (No. 04 and No. 06) contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Can I use the hair and face systems together?+

Absolutely — that is the full AEVORA system. The copper peptides are different (AHK-Cu for hair, GHK-Cu for face and body), so there is no conflict. The systems are designed to work together.

How long before I see results?+

For skin: the look of texture and hydration typically improves within 2–4 weeks, with visible changes in the appearance of fine lines and firmness at 6–8 weeks. For hair: meaningful visible change takes 3–6 months of consistent daily use. Consistency matters more than intensity. Individual results may vary.

Can I use vitamin C with AEVORA?+

Not at the same time — vitamin C (ascorbic acid) oxidises copper peptides. Apply separately: vitamin C in the morning, AEVORA in the evening, or alternate days.

Are AEVORA products cruelty-free?+

Yes. No AEVORA product is tested on animals at any stage. The tallow in No. 07 and No. 12 is sourced from cattle raised for food — a by-product of that industry. Our serums (No. 04 and No. 06) contain no animal-derived ingredients.

How do I store AEVORA products?+

Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight. Keep tallow-based products tightly capped — tallow can oxidise with prolonged air exposure. The amber glass bottles provide UV protection for the serums.

How long does shipping take?+

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US shipping is 5–7 business days ($6.95); expedited is 2–3 business days ($14.95). Orders over $100 ship free. See our Shipping page for details.
