About Our Ingredients

The science that inspires our formulations.

Six ingredient families run through the range. This is what researchers have studied about each — and where it appears in the system.

“Bioactive” is a word that gets used loosely. For us it means formulas anchored on clinically researched ingredients — copper peptides, PDRN, plant exosomes, well-studied signal peptides — chosen for their track record in professional skincare and included at meaningful concentrations, not trace amounts for label marketing.

We describe the research on each ingredient below. The full INCI list is printed on every carton and every product page, so you never have to take our word for what’s inside.

Copper Peptides — GHK-Cu & AHK-Cu

Copper peptides are tripeptide-copper complexes and are among the most studied actives in cosmetic science, with research published across dermatology and aesthetic-medicine journals.

GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) is one of the most researched copper peptides in professional skincare. AHK-Cu is a different copper peptide, studied specifically in scalp and hair care contexts. They are different sequences studied in different tissue contexts — which is why AEVORA never mixes them: AHK-Cu appears in the hair system only, GHK-Cu in face and body only.

PDRN — Salmon DNA

Polydeoxyribonucleotide is derived from salmon DNA through a purification process that removes proteins. It has a 20-year history in professional aesthetics, and published research explores its interaction with adenosine receptors.

In AEVORA formulations, PDRN is included as a premium skin- and scalp-conditioning ingredient.

Plant Exosomes

Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles that researchers study as carriers of biological information between cells. Plant-derived exosome technology is a next-generation skin-conditioning ingredient category.

AEVORA uses Shiitake Mushroom Exosomes in the hair system, Rosa Damascena Callus Exosomes in the face system, and Panax Ginseng Root Exosomes in the body lotion.

Snap-8

Snap-8 (Acetyl Glutamyl Heptapeptide-3) is a peptide studied in the context of expression-line appearance. In AEVORA formulations it is included to help visibly reduce the appearance of expression lines with continued use.

NMN

NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is an NAD+ precursor ingredient used in advanced skincare formulations. Researchers study NAD+ in the context of cellular energy and its decline with age.

In AEVORA formulations, NMN is included as a modern conditioning active in the face and scalp serums.

Grass-Fed Tallow

Tallow from grass-fed cattle is rich in oleic and palmitic acids — fatty acids also found in skin's own lipid barrier. Because the profile sits so close to skin's own lipids, tallow absorbs readily without a greasy film.

In No. 07 and No. 12 it serves as the barrier emollient base carrying the peptide and exosome ingredients.

All AEVORA actives are added at cool-down temperatures below 40°C. All formulations are free from EDTA, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances — sodium phytate serves as the chelating agent in place of EDTA, and no formula pairs vitamin C with copper peptides.
